Collection
Cuvée Exception par excellence, the “Collection” vintage is a reflection of our knowledge and experience governed by high standards, patience and rarity.
This collection, which began with the 2007 vintage, is the flagship of our domain. That is why it is only produced in exceptional years, with the predominant grape variety that it deserves.
“Collection” vintage is the result of an assembly of 80% Mourvèdre and 20% Carignan and Grenache.
Harvested by hand, fermented traditionally for Mourvèdre and Greanche and carbonic maceration for Carignan, with long vatting for over 30 days, it is aged in French oak barrels for 24 months and then left to stand in vats for a minimum of 6 months. Unfiltered and with a minimum use of SO2, it has an intense and thick color with a powerful roasted nose (cocoa), jammy and spicy (vanilla, pepper), and a dense and elegant palate supported by fine and velvety tannins, with a liquorice finish.
Organic wine and also originating from our biodynamically cultivated vineyard, this vintage can easily age well for a minimum of 10 years.
Carignan
The “Carignan” vintage represents our love for this grape variety by his history and his roots in our terroir. Exclusively composed of our oldest vines of Carignan, she comes from grapes sorted on the vine and harvested manually for yields averaging not more than 20 ho / Ha.
The “Carignan” vintage is represented in four different universal languages in reference to the four different processes from which it comes: 25% vinified in traditional vinification then aged 24 months in French oak barrels, 25% in traditional vinification then aged 24 months in tank, 25% in carbonic maceration then aged 24 months in French oak barrels and 25% vinified in carbonic maceration then aged 24 months in tank.
Unfiltered and with a minimum use of SO2, the “Carignan” vintage offers a thick and intense color, a nose of black fruits and a dense mouth with melted tannins with hints of leather and liquorice with a final peppery finish.
Organic wine and also originating from our biodynamically cultivated vineyard, this vintage can easily age well for a minimum of 10 years.
Crescendo
Assembling our old Carignan vines over 80 years at 40%, 10% Grenache and 50% Mourvèdre, the vintage “Crescendo” comes from grapes sorted on the vine and harvested manually for yields averaging not more than 20 ho / Ha.
Traditionally vinified in long vatting for more than 30 days, the “Crescendo” Vintage is made from 40% Mourvèdre and 40% Carignan aged in French oak barrels for 24 months.
Unfiltered and with a minimum use of SO2, the “Crescendo” vintage offers an intense and thick color, a nose of black fruits and spices, with a liquorice, minty mouth of remarkable length.
Organic wine and also originating from our biodynamically cultivated vineyard, this vintage can easily age well for a minimum of 10 years.
Vintage
Assembling our old Carignan vines over 80 years at 40%, 30% Mourvèdre and 30% Grenache, the “Vintage” wine comes from grapes sorted on the vine and harvested manually for yields averaging not more than 20 ho / Ha.
Traditional vinification in long vatting for over 30 days, Carignan and Mourvèdre of “Vintage” wine is aged in French oak barrels for 24 months at 80% and reassembled in vats with Grenache so that the barrel fermentation does not predominate in the wine’s aromas.
Unfiltered and with a minimum use of SO2, the “Vintage” wine has an purple and intense color, a Mediterranean nose of blackberry, garrigue, thyme with a mouth full, fresh, minty with a remarkable length.
Organic wine and also originating from our biodynamically cultivated vineyard, this vintage can easily age well for a minimum of 10 years.
Primus
The “Primus” vintage is the result of a blend of 40% Mourvèdre, 30% Carignan and 30% Syrah.
Harvested manually, vinified traditionally with long vatting for more than 30 days, she is composed of 30% Syrah aged in French oak barrels for 18 months.
Unfiltered with a minimum use of SO2, she offers an intense and thick color, a nose of red fruits, with a minty mouth as well as tastes of blackcurrant, gingerbread, kirch…
Organic wine and also originating from our biodynamically cultivated vineyard, this vintage can easily age well for a minimum of 10 years.
Vintage
White
The cuvée “Vintage White” is the result of a blend of 50% Roussanne and 50% Vermentino.
Harvested manually, vinified traditionally with long vatting for more than 40 days and with a minimum use of SO2, the white “Vintage White” cuvée offers a gold color, a Mediterranean, mineral nose with peppery notes as well as a round, fresh, dynamic and of remarkable length.
Organic wine but also from our biodynamic vineyard, this vintage can easily improve for 10 years.
Vieilles Vignes
A blend of our old Carignan vines over 80 years old at 25%, 25% Syrah and 50% Mourvèdre, the “Vieilles Vignes” cuvée comes from grapes sorted on the stem and harvested manually for average yields. not exceeding 25 ho/ha.
Traditionally vinified in long vatting for more than 30 days, aged in French oak barrels for 14 months at 20%, unfiltered and with a minimum use of SO2, the “Vieilles Vignes” vintage offers an intense and thick color with a nose of red fruits (cherry, blackcurrant), a dense mouth with very present tannins as well as aromas of leather and humus with a peppery finish.
Organic wine but also from our biodynamic vineyard, this vintage can easily improve for 10 years.
